Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 Cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 4-5 cubes Ice

Method
 

  1. Fruit Preparation
    Peel the banana and wash the berries thoroughly.
  2. Add to blender
    Place banana, berries, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth
    Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  4. Serve
    Pour into glasses and garnish with extra berries or mint leaves if desired.
