Ingredients

  • 5 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (adjust according to taste)
  • Optional: a dash of vanilla extract.

Directions

Step 1: In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, walnuts, and 3 cups of water. Stir well to avoid any clumps. Let it soak for 8 hours or overnight.

Step 2: Transfer the soaked chia seed mix to a blender. Add 1 cup of water, along with walnuts, honey and vanilla extract. Cover the blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. If needed, you can add the remaining water to achieve your desired consistency.
