Let’s get started!

"No need to fuss over the type of apple you have on hand – this apple smoothie is a versatile star that shines equally with sweet, tart, or any apple variety in between."

Ingredients

– 1 small banana, frozen

– 1 large apple, sliced

– 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice

– 1 tbsp almond butter

– 2 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)

– 3 tbsp rolled oats

– A pinch of ground cinnamon

– A pinch of ground nutmeg

– A pinch of ground cloves

Gather all the ingredients

01

A ripe banana, a fresh apple, creamy yogurt, a splash of apple juice, a handful of oats, a spoonful of almond butter, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Cut the fruits

02

Begin by peeling the banana and cutting it into small slices. Core the apple and chop it into chunks, ensuring to remove the seeds.

Blend it up!

03

Grab your high-speed blender and add the banana slices, apple chunks, yogurt, apple juice, oats, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

High Speed Blender

04

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. The high-speed blender will ensure a silky texture and combine all the flavors beautifully.

For Thicker Texture

05

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can throw in a handful of ice cubes and blend again. This will give your smoothie a refreshing and frosty touch.

For Thinner Texture

06

If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a splash of milk and blend until you reach the desired thickness.

Serve!

06

Now, our the smoothie into a tall glass or a portable mason jar. You can garnish it with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few apple slices on top for an extra touch of presentation.
