Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large oranges, peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • Prepare produce
    Wash, peel, and chop carrots. Peel oranges and cut into segments.
  • Blend
    Add carrots, oranges, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain
    Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp if desired.
  • Serve
    Pour into glasses, chill if preferred, and enjoy immediately.
